I completed my PGDE and QTS and in September, I’ll begin a new chapter as Head of Business & Economics at a leading UK independent school.

But LouisTeaching is bigger than any job title — it’s a mission to help young people navigate pressure, purpose and progress with someone they trust in their corner.

Over the last three years, I’ve worked with students across the UK to help them lead themselves — not just succeed at school. Raised in South London, I’ve always lived by one principle:

Create opportunities — don’t wait for them.

That mindset shaped my journey from a state school student to graduating with a 2:1 in Business Management from Coventry University, joining the Teach First programme and working on the frontlines of education since 2022.

    I combine coaching, mentoring and subject expertise to support students in three key areas:

    Academic confidence, personal growth and future direction.

    Whether it’s tackling exam stress, building mindset or navigating big decisions — I offer consistent support that’s structured, personal and effective.

    Every session is about helping students take ownership of their growth — and lead themselves forward with purpose.

    Too many students are left figuring things out alone. They’re expected to get it right — but rarely given the space, guidance or encouragement to become right.

    That’s what LouisTeaching exists to change. Through honest coaching, smart strategies and real talk. I help students stop drifting — and start leading.
